LEADERSHIP STARTS WITH LEARNING HOW TO LEAD YOURSELF.
This is not another sit-and-listen program.
At DRE’S Safe Place, 10 teens ages 14-18 will take part in a no-cost, 16-week Youth Leadership & Mental Wellness Program designed to help them understand themselves, strengthen their voice, manage emotions, connect with others, and lead.
Teens will move, create, practice, speak, and lead while learning how to:
• Recognize stress and emotional warning signs
• Understand what is happening in their bodies
