What can I expect at Dre's Safe Place?
At DRE’S Safe Place, you can expect a private, intentionally designed wellness experience where you can move at your own pace.
Depending on what you need that day, you may use spaces for release, rest, reflection, movement, affirmation, meditation, or prayer.
No crowds. No pressure. No explaining.
DRE’S is non-clinical and is designed to support self-care and mental wellness.

Is there an age limit?
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, and a waiver must be completed.
Youth experiences are designed to give young people age-appropriate ways to recognize emotions, practice coping skills, and connect with a trusted adult.
Can I just show up?
No. DRE’S Safe Place is reservation only.
This allows each booking to have private use of the space during its scheduled time.
Standard individual bookings may include up to 5 guests.
Can I book for groups of 6 or more?
Yes.
For groups of 6 or more, email Quinnika@dresplacellc.com so we can help you choose the right option.
Depending on the size and purpose of your group, DRE’S Safe Place or DRE’S Community Wellness Center may be the better fit.
What should I wear?
Come comfortable.
Wear clothing that allows you to move and relax. Closed-toe shoes are required for certain room experiences, while other spaces may require shoes to be removed.
Socks are provided when needed.
What do I need to know about the infrared sauna?
Infrared sauna use is optional.
Please follow all posted safety instructions and staff guidance. If you are pregnant, feeling ill, intoxicated, or have a medical condition that may make sauna use unsafe, do not use the sauna without guidance from your healthcare provider.
Can I book a private event?
Yes.
DRE’S offers select private group experiences, and DRE’S Community Wellness Center is available for larger gatherings, celebrations, repasts, workshops, meetings, support groups, and other events.
How can I get involved with Dre's Safe Place?
There are several ways to support or connect with DRE’S.
You can attend an experience or event, partner with us, refer someone who may benefit, donate supplies, or support community access to programming.
